My passion for helping immigrants and their families is a personal calling.  I was born to a Polish mother and a Jewish father, and my grandparents fled their respective countries to avoid certain death at the hands of Adolf Hitler.  Had it not been for their courage and determination, I would not be here today; I owe my very existence to immigrants.  Those who come to our shores and borders today have similar motivations: to achieve, to dream, to escape, to rise above.  I have dedicated myself to doing all I can to turn these aspirations into reality.  Changing one person's life changes their entire world. - Andrew J.
